    I come home and turn my xbox on and it starts up the beginning when you need to give your language and network. So put that all in and I don't know my email of account info so I don't know what happened or how to get back to how it was yesterday night .

    my whole xbox is freezeing

    when i log onto my xbox account it freezes as does my aunts an my cousins but the head member my grandma does not freeze when she logs on but all of us do can some just help me figure out whats going on here thanks

    If the issue is only with only some accounts, please try deleting those accounts and then recovering them to the console.

    You'll have to know your Microsoft account login if you want to log in to your Xbox profile. It starts by knowing the email address associated with the Microsoft account.

    If you've forgotten either detail, see the below pages for more help:


    Also, it seems that you might have factory resetted your console. Are you on the preview program or Insider hub?
