My whole game was reseted!!!!

I have the Problem with my XBOX App on Windows. I bought the game a Long time ago and played for a Long time.

Yesterday I wanted to Play again but the Windows App couldn't connect and it said that I have no Internet Connection and that it can't synchronize with my game.

After a few retries there was a button where I could Play offline. So I started playing offline (the game started from the beginning).

I played a few races and ended the game. After several hours the XBOX App was working again so I wanted to Play Forza Horizon 3

with my normal Level 174 account with 4.365.070 Credits and with around 100 cars including four Horizon Edition cars: Ford GT Credits Boost, Corvette ZO6 Drift Skills, Mini Cooper Credits Boost, BMW M3 Drift Skills. The game started and loaded the beginning.
Now my game is completly reseted

to Level one and Zero credits. I am really upset disappointed and depressed. I played so many hours with that account. I had this account since I bought Forza Horizon 3 and it is all gone now.

I am playing on PC so please help me somehow I want to play again!

I had the same, NBA 2k15 stopped at 4%, I reseted my router, console AND plugged console out for a minute. Afterwards it went on, but installation took like whole night, about 10 hours.

 

My game save has been deleted!

I reseted my xbox and missed a digital media game. the game code has expired q do?

2. Which edition of Forza Horizon 3 are you using?

3. Is your device connected to a wired or wireless network?

4. Where did you purchase the game?

5. Are you using the same Microsoft account in the Xbox app and Windows 10 computer?

1. On your PC, launch the Xbox app.

2. Select Settings > Network.

3. Under Network status, make sure Internet connection says Connected.

4. I purchased the game in the official Windows Store (on Black Friday).

5. Yes, I am using the same account.

And in the Xbox app it is connected.

I did everything you said but nothing worked. I tried Windows Troubleshooter and checked for updates.

Maybe you can edit my account and give me the money and the cars if I show you my email and password of the account.
