My whole friends list disappeared and now I can’t see my online or offline friends

I am stranding off a little..... my friend is listed as offline but is not. Others can see him online.

I logged out of this profile and on to another one and also see him as online. Now, back in my own profile, I still see him as offline

I set the privacy settings on this account to always be offline. Mysteriously until last night, I'm appearing online on my friend's list when I sign online. It defeats the whole purpose of setting my privacy to offline. It worked for flawlessly for 3 years,
why mess with the program?

Yeah, sorry if I came off a little harsh, it was my bad. I’m pretty sure my friends aren’t appearing offline, and they all definitely wouldn’t do it on the same day, though, I’ll do some asking. Restarting didn’t help, unfortunately. My friends list is
kinda fixed now, I think. Basically before when it said they were all offline, when they got online, it would show their status again, and the whole thing would be fixed. So, I just need to wait for the rest of my friends list to get on and I think the problem
should be solved, I believe.

That dosent work I've tried it multiple times almost my entire friends list is offline and I know for a fact my friends are online and it says they are offline
