My Warframe Starter Bundle Redeem Code is not working ?

I tried to redeem my perk for the starter bundle in warframe and it says that the code has been redeemed but i still havent recieved anything in-game. Ive tried to redeem the code again but it says that its already been redeemed. Any help?

Hi there if you redeemed that code on the other account then that account will have it. In other words the code is used and will not be useable on the one you want it to. I believe also that now its used you wont be able to do anything about it sadly.

I was having the same issue until I went onto the games pass app for mobile and then went to the perks section. The Warframe starter pack did show up and when I selected it, it gave me a code to redeem in the store.

Go to you're settings general network advanced settings mac reset clear restart then let it start itself back up it clears all the unwanted junk off you might just have a data junk build up
