My Warframe no longer works on my Xbox One

I have been playing Warframe on Xbox One since it became available and had no problems. Not long after UPDATE 15, the game no longer starts and I cannot get past the start screen. It keeps wanting to check a cache and download it. Whenever it comes to
starting the game, it does nothing. I have spoken to DE support and they are looking in to it but I'm not optimistic. I have done all prescribed troubleshooting and nothing works. Curious to know if anyone has encountered this problem with Warframe or any
other game.

Unable to log into the parent email!

My dad no longer has his email because it was disabled so I cant do anything to change my setting to be able to download things on xbox one. I was trying to download warframe 370 platnium but it keeps saying that parental control is blocking all free and
paid downloads even though I could download warframe 2 days before when I first got my One. What can I possible do to be able to download things again or disable that parental control.

 

Warframe: missing platinum after purchase

On April 24 2016 I purchased one 75 platinum and one 170 platinum on the marketplace but when I got back on warframe I was missing my platinum so I went back to the marketplace and tried to buy them again but I was still missing my platinum. When I checked
my email I had the receipts for them but no platinum on warframe.

 

I'm assuming you've done a hard restart to clear the cache, after that, I ain't got a clue.

 

I did that and more! After going bavk and forth with the developer's support people AND Xbox support, I eventually ended up saving all my data to an external hard drive and performing a factory reset (not just for the game, I had other issues to address
as well) Once that was done, I reinstalled the game. Happy to report that 4 hours after I started that mess, I got the game to work again. Im still skeptical that it might act up so im still running tests on it but it was nice to play again after almost a
week of nothing.
