my vip vault problems

good morning , i came here to leave this post because im tired of waiting and i want this to be clear before everything ends about live rewards.

i dont want or care anything about microsoft rewards , im a gamer i want points or rewards for playing not for searching bing much less win points to enter rafts but im not able to trade my points on live rewards for anything that i actually want and i think
that is on porpose .

microsoft wants us to trade our points for things that we dont care about and that is why you only restock the items no one wants.

if until the end of the change im not able to trade my points or what i want i will ask and demand it and i think every person that haves the same problem should act and demand you to restock everything until everyone that wants to move to microsoft rewards
can move but so everyone that doesnt want to move gets what he wants and haves points for

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. If you redeemed them before June 1, they would be scheduled to deposit around the 15th. If you redeemed them after the 1st, they would be scheduled to deposit at the end of
the month.

 

I second this!!! I feel the same exact way. Why can't this happen ASAP. I only play one game and have no desire or interest in any of the junk that is offered other than the Visa giftcards. Please help us out!!!

WHEN WILL THE VAULT BE RESTOCKED!!!! We are loyal players/customers why are we being ignored. Please restock the items players actually want!!!!

 

i think we have to take actions if when xbox live rewards move to microsoft rewards we arent able to trade our things , honestly if it was for me we wall should not move to microsoft rewards just to show microsoft that we are players and as players we want
to win prizes for playing not anything else.

when i look at microsoft rewards al i see is them trying to fool us gamers because unlike now to win something we have to be lucky to win rafles or spend 7000 points to win a 1 month live gold , 7000 points ? with 7000 gems we could win one xbox pack and
now we can win one xbox live .

2600 points to enter a random winner prize , dont **** me i want to win for playing not any random bs i can win even playing all year

 

They do have a lot of sweepstakes, but you can just redeem the points for Xbox gift cards and subscriptions and gift cards to other places like Amazon without entering a sweepstakes.

 

and why the hell would i want to enter sweepstakes even every month if that is a matter of luck plus the difference between the points you needed in the live rewards and in the microsoft rewards is huge 7500 to enter a sweepstake to win a live reward card
?

i think the gamers should send the gamers should send them a strong message by opting out the live rewards and asking them the money , we are gamers not some guys that want to spend the day searching on bing or awsering things to win points that after months
give you something you can buy for less than 10 dollars

 

My point was you don't have to enter the sweepstakes. You can just redeem the gift cards. The sweepstakes are optional.

 

yes that is true and you sure want to be all month earning points by searching things on bing to trade 7500 points for a month of a game pass , even 1,5 dollar gift card makes you have to win 2500 points.

i mean seriously 2500 points so you can trade for a 1 dollar and half , you spend a whole month behing forced to use their things so you can have points for a 1 dollar gift card.

im a gamer not a begger i dont give a damm about a single offer they make im not going to use anything i dont use just for them to give me a alms they can have it
