my vip star rating went down. why?

i reviewed my reward emails and for some unexplained reason i went from 2 vip stars

to one?

Haven't received December My VIP credits yet.

Greetings,

I have yet to have my December credits show up in my account. I spent around $150 in December and my star rating went up to a 5* rating in My VIP but I haven't yet received the credits for the purchases I made in December, all of which should've been eligible
for My VIP.

I would appreciate anyone taking time to look into this,

My vip star ranking has went from 4 down to 2

my vip star level was at 4 a while back and now it has went down to 2

Hello Master Ehman,

In September 2014 we made the initial change over to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued (also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals).

In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. Based on your spending from September 2014 to August 2015, you were placed in the one star rank. These resets occur yearly,
with the next one scheduled at the end of December, as outlined in the sticky at the top of this forum.

I'm having the same problem; all of a sudden my VIP rank went from 66% of the way to 5 stars as a 4-star, to 91% of the way to 4 stars as a 3-star.
