My VIP star rank has been wiped

Last year a ordered a few games from the store and made other purchases. But they havent appeared on my Rewards profile. Thus is the second time I have lost my VIP ranking. The first time was when the site got updated. Now i have lost it again. Whats the
point????

my vip star rank has reset and i have lost my star progress

i have just logged into my account and went to check my vip star rank and its been reset i was on my way to 2 star rank and now am back to the start?

i have had this rank for some years now.why has it gone

 

Xbox live rewards VIP star rank put back yet again

I received an email to check my VIP star rank on 5th Jan & cant believe it has been reset yet again.

I was 3 star VIP nearly 4 star last year and was reset back to 0% 3 star and now this has happened again this January when just coming up to 4 star rank. Not happy as for 2nd year I'm starting 3 star again 0%. This is a complete waste of time as spend money
to up my rank and you just go and put it back to 0%.

 

The forum you posted in is the Reward Program Discussion forum. It is not monitored by the staff. If you have not already, you need to re-post your topic but change the Forum Type to "Support" then they will be able to assist you.

Once you do that, keep in mind it takes 1-2 business days for the staff to reply and they only work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. They do not work weekends.

Keep in mind that MyVip spending progress is reset every year. It was previously Sept. 2014 to Sept. 2015, but from instead of Sept 2015 to Sept 2016 they extended it to December 31st 2016 so that the NEW reset dates are January 1st to December 31st.
