My VIP saying I should go Gold when I am Gold

I decided to go check my MyVIP status today to see where I stand, and right now it said that I'm on VIP Level 1, and saying my current return is at 1%, however underneath it says that I could be at 2% if I go Gold, however I am a Xbox Live Gold member, as
I renewed my membership last month for 12 months. Is it normal for the page to display this, or can this be fixed for me?

I am a gold member but it says I am not?

I have been a gold member since 2010 and since last week my console keeps saying that I should become gold and when I go into xbox live rewards I am not a VIP. Does anyone know what is going on with this and when it will be fixed?

xbox live rewards vip registering

when i try to register for my vip status it keeps taking me to the go gold page, but i already am a gold member . What is up with that?

Based off your post, and the information currently on our platform, it sounds like we may need a few days to properly receive your renewed subscription. Since it takes 96 hours to process information from the store, things like renewals are not always instantaneous.
We'll monitor your account over the next few days, and take additional steps to correct this if necessary.

I can now confirm that your status has been properly updated, and the popup asking you to go to Gold is no longer appearing. Apologies for the confusion.

Thanks, But there are two issues here:

1. It is not Sometimes for me. In dashboard it is always showing a GO GOLD advertisement.

2. On the new rewards website there is a section: My VIP status. for me it is written Unlock Now. On the next page there is graph like image related to Master, Legend and etc.... based on my GS I am a Legend, but all of these icons are grayed out and again
it says GO GOLD

. (In the old rewards website I was Legend.)

what is really bothering me if i have gold also and yet i am not earning any reward points, everytime i login to reward page on xbox.com it just says signup for gold and i already have had gold for years now, it shows previous points i earned year ago but
its not showing any points for this year at all earned, and thats upsetting me why have gold if i cant even earn reward points. their website on xbox.com reward page is messed up so badly, they need to fix it, it keeps saying unlock for vip and when i click
it , it says signup for gold and i have had gold for long time.
