my vip satus

I have been a member since before halo 2 on the xbox. I have spent well over 300$ on digital purchases **** Ive downlaoded over 100 games and been a vip rewards member since 2010. Why do I not have multiple stars let alone even one star?

I want to know how to fix satus code 800705b4 cuz it keeps coming up when I use my hard dirve with basicly all my data

 

Support will double check, but keep in mind that your star levels are based on how much you spend each year, not since you've been with Live. Your current progress would only include purchases made from January 1, 2017, until now and your beginning star
level for this year would be based on how much you spent from September 1, 2015 until December 31, 2016. Ranks reset each year so in order to maintain or raise your level you have to spend the same amount or more each year.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
