    Hi I choose a vip rewards on the my vip vault said I would receive an email in 2 days with a redeem code. I have not received any email yet and this was choose 7 days ago today..

    any help would be much appreciated

    my vip gems and rewrd credits

    my xbox reward points and my vip gems have ( according to the xbox support person ) been lost in the migration to microsoft rewards. i had about 1750 my vip gems and reward points. can you look into this please

    Have you checked your junk mail folder? We have had reports of users having their emails filtered there.

    We did not find any prizes for your email address. Did you use a different email than your usual Xbox Live Rewards email for Vault prizes?

    Hi I checked my emails again and still have not received an email I checked on my rewards page and it said that I have redeemed the forza motorsport 7 hoonigan pack i have checked everything but still no email

    Our win fulfillment team has re-sent your vault prize emails. Note that you used a different email address, so be sure to check that vault registered email address for this prize. You may also wish to look at that email's junk mail folder in case the prize
    was filtered there.

    Just to let you know an Xbox Live Rewards Topics/Post should be posted in

    Xbox Rewards Support     section of Forums. When you have VIP it means you have been selected as a VIP and now have unlocked a VIP Exclusive and it's shown under VIP Rewards on the My Reward Page.

    you had to be a member of xbox live rewards and only 7% of rewards members were actualy halo vips and were sent it in an email.
