My VIP Rewards Star didn't show up

I have an email dated February 2nd that said I was close to getting a My VIP Star and the rewards that come with it. All I had to do, it said, was spend another $50 in the Xbox online store before February 28.

I have another email, dated February 17, that said I had successfully renewed Xbox Live Gold for another year as of February 18. Which met the criteria of the first email.

However, I did not get the My VIP Star. I spoke with your phone support and he opened a case (#SRX1377699139ID) and said I should post here to get help, as they didn't know much about the rewards program. What do I need to do to get this corrected and
get my Star and the rewards it provides? I have copies of both emails I can forward if necessary. Please let me know what needs to be done to correct this issue.

Rewards rank

Hi,

Upon logging into my rewards account I had noticed my reward rank had been changed from 5 star VIP to 2 star VIP and was wondering if there is a reasoning behind this

my rewards aren't appearing

I made multiple purchases on 02/05/2017. I bought 2 games totaling $48.07. The credits/purchase didn't appear under my xbox live rewards account. Also I didn't get my vip star rank cash back on the 30th. I don't know why my rewards are posting. Please
fix this.

Xbox Live Gold subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

The Microsoft Rewards program only has 2 levels. They don't have VIP stars like the Xbox Rewards program had. On the rewards site if you press status it will show your level information and if you click on "See my level benefits" it will show you what's
available at each level.

I noticed I didn't get any VIP rewards then went to the marketplace last night and saw that there was the VIP add-on that wasn't downloaded. So I downloaded it.

Nothing happened in the game, so I quit the game and restarted.

Then ALL OF MY TOKENS were gone.

I now have 0, instead of the measly 25 that I had. Nor do I have the VIP reward. Nor do I show as a VIP on any leaderboards. I can't do the VIP race. I don't get increased EXP.

This is pretty weak

There's nothing to opt in to for VIP. Anyonr who signs up for the rewards program is automatically enrolled. VIP status is based on your star levels (how much you spend in the marketplace). You can check your VIP status on the MyRewards section of the site.
