My VIP Reward Never Came In

I redeemed a Xbox Gift Card ($10) With “My VIP” Gems, waited a week or so and it still hasn’t arrived. I have a support # if it’s of use. 1420485965 Thanks : )

You'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for Rewards support to check into it for you.

Microsoft does not run the Xbox Rewards program which is why regular Xbox support does not have information.

 

My VIP reward never received

Hi, I claimed a $5 visa gift card through the "my vip vault." I never received the visa code via email. I shows on my account that I redeemed the code.

Nobody and I mean NOBODY from either Microsoft or xbox is able to help me or can even help me resolve this. 2+ hours of phone and text support. Anybody else having this issue? Some have been pleasant, but they have no clue as to the gem redemption program.

 

The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site. If you redeemed the gems about a week ago, they would be deposited into your account for use in mid-April.

Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support. Forum support does not have access to that information.

 

I’m not sure if you understood my question. I already had the gems in my account, the problem arose when I rexchanged them for an Xbox Gift Card, the Gift Card was never given to my account. And the support chat guy said to give the support number, sorry

I do understand your question. I don't see Xbox gift cards available from the vault, but there are Xbox Rewards credits which would be deposited as I listed.
