    My Vip rebate not applied this month


    Hi, I have just had my Vip email through today and it says I haven't earned any rewards for April so no rebate, I also checked the xbox live rewards page and it says I only have 500 points. I checked my purchases for the month of April and I have made more
    than enough to receive a rebate, as I do every month. please could you look into this as there was a problem with lasts months as well but I got that one sorted out.

    Are you looking for credits from a specific offer or just VIP rebates? VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, so it would be too soon to see credits pending for October purchases.

    Missing credits from purchases

    In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There have not been any offers those purchases would qualify for this
    month. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, your Fallout purchase would be included with your rebate which will be calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. Preorders and in-game consumables are not eligible for VIP.
