my vip rating is way wrong

so i was checking my vip rewards when i noticed it said ive only spent 86 pounds since september 2015 which is way wrong. i can name 2 games (the division and halo 5) that i bought within that time frame that cost more then that. what about division season
pass, the taken king, elder scrolls, metro redux, black ops 3, rise of iron, and titanfall 2 also 6 months xbox live why is this all not listed?

There is currently an issue MyVIP that is causing some users to see a decrease in progress. We have identified the issue, and are working on deploying a hotfix shortly. Apologies for the confusion. This hotfix should be fully deployed by the end of the month
at the very latest.

MyVip does not include pre-order purchases, in-game consumables, subscriptions, or any hardware/physical purchases.

The reward team will have to review your account to see if there is some issue keeping items from tracking if your purchases did not fall into one of the above categories. The most common issue people have is they pre-order the game and do not realize that
the purchase does not qualify.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. However,
the purchase or redemption of pre-order games, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, do not qualify.

Your purchase of The Division Season Pass was made before your registration (June 8th purchase, July 7th registration) and would therefore not be eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made within the program. Similarly, many of the other purchases
you name were also made before your registration.

I'm having the same problem; all of a sudden my VIP rank went from 66% of the way to 5 stars as a 4-star, to 91% of the way to 4 stars as a 3-star.

Oh. My apologies then for taking that the wrong way. But yes the rift drop rate is very silly.
