Discus and support MY VIP points / gems not updating in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi, I've been a long time member of the rewards program but lately none of my purchases seem to affect the MyVIP or MyRewards score on my account....     MY VIP points / gems not updating


    Hi,

    I've been a long time member of the rewards program but lately none of my purchases seem to affect the MyVIP or MyRewards score on my account.

    Can any admin please look into my account and see if I am correct (or mistaken)?

    my vip gems and rewrd credits

    my xbox reward points and my vip gems have ( according to the xbox support person ) been lost in the migration to microsoft rewards. i had about 1750 my vip gems and reward points. can you look into this please

    HMM...Something went wrong when redeeming my gems.

    I was trying to redeem my VIP Gems for Rewards Points and after entering my information, there was an error and it suggested I post it here. Have I lost my Gems/Rewards Points?

    Yes my 5000 reward points didnt go into my account on the15th like its should

    Same here... had over 7000 reward points after I traded in VIP Gems..

    Yes i feel its a bad deal the gems being converted to Microsoft Points.

    1000 Gems is a 3mth Xbox Live card 15000 Points in Microsoft Points.

    Plus losing VIP etc etc seems a very bad deal for xbox Fans!

    Please restock the shop ASAP!
