My VIP percent not moving... STILL

So, I had posted this last week since my % was not moving... It has been "stuck" at 25% for a LONG time... I have purchased games, and it has not moved...I was told that the ones were just pre-ordered so they would not show.. It has not moved since before
I bought destiny 2.. and now i have that, AC: Origins, Wolfenstein 2 and a few other smaller games that have not moved my %%.. please please please give me a reason besides... they were pre-orders..

Hi papidalby. Your recent transactions are for pre-orders. Those do not qualify for MyVIP. Per the FAQ:

Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons,
game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption
of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

 

My VIP % not moving

I have made many purchases and it seems like my star rank % is not moving. Can I please get some explanation.

 

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. Since you preordered those games, they would not add any progress to your star level.

 

They are not consumables. They were preorders but were released Friday. Also saw no change when I purchased destiny 2. So... still not an answer. Little frustrated.

 

Because preorders do not count towards VIP.

Since pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, they did not award progress. The only recent purchase you had that awarded progress was your Lego Star Wars purchase, but the progress gained was less than 1%.
