My VIP not updating

Hey y'all,

It looks like My VIP isn't updating. I bought WWE 2K18 about two weeks ago off my Xbox and still no adjustment has been made to my points or the wheel itself. I love the way Xbox promotes digital sales and it used to be perfect, but things seem a bit off
recently.

My Vip Star Rank not updating

Hi, This seems to be the second time I have posted this question but here goes again.

My Vip Star Rank has not updated properly since 2015, you don't appear to have a way of contacting the relevant departments about this issue (after contacting customer service -to be told not their department, requesting call backs -that never came and posting
on here, only to check back and there be no record of it !?

In this time I have been logged as not even a 1 star rank , even though I'm ashamed to say that I should be easily 5 star ranking based on my purchases alone, the last time I checked (before the stars went " underconstruction " at the new year I registered
as spending £168 in that month, this was massive error and understatement of what I actually spent). Not only that but after new year it just has "get started" button on it now... what the **** guys?

I spend most of my disposable income on your products, in the last week running up to the new year I easily spent enough to secure rank 2 status ... and that was just in that week alone, times that figure roughly by 4, then add the fact its not been logging
correctly since the 5/9/15 and maybe you start to see the problem.

With no department to actually talk to about this issue and all searches for my original question yielding no results, others posting questions very much like mine and yet no ones getting answered. I'm starting to despair

please answer this with something other than;

"If you scroll down on the My Rewards page, it says "Temporary Delay in Deposits", they are working on it, not sure how long it will take."

My VIP rewards stars not updating

Been a member for years and just realized i have 0 stars despite spending above the yearly threshold for 5 stars. Anyone know why this isn't updating? Is there something you have to do to trigger? I buy everything on the xbox store, so it makes no sense
that nothing has been tracked. Turns out there's no customer support for rewards, so hopefully this gets an official response.

We see that this purchase has progressed your MyVIP from 56 to 64 percent progress towards level 2. Furthermore, since that purchase went towards the You Compete Me offer last month, it will not award MyVIP Credits. From the FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for your % back on purchases with
your MyVIP Star Rank.



Furthermore, if this purchase had qualified for MyVIP payback, it would have been too early to see it pending. Also from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!
