My VIP gems

recently tried to redeem my gems in the vault, however the only thing in there that interests me, is the 10,000 rewards points(which is somehow out of stock, How does a digital item run out of stock?), however despite the fact I have never redeemed any gems
previously I can't claim this reward. Normally I would shrug it off, but I'm being told in emails that the service is changing, and that when it changes, each of my gems will only be worth 1 Microsoft point, how is a current exchange rate of 500 gems for 10,000
reward points(which I'm curriently being told will also exchange at a 1 for 1 basis, when the change happens) being translated into a 500 for 500 exchange rate? And how is that a fair exchange rate? Plus, Why are we being prevented from taking advantage of
the current exchange rate, by being told the 10,000 rewards points prize is 'out of stock?

my xbox reward points and my vip gems have ( according to the xbox support person ) been lost in the migration to microsoft rewards. i had about 1750 my vip gems and reward points. can you look into this please
