    my vip gems and rewrd credits

    my xbox reward points and my vip gems have ( according to the xbox support person ) been lost in the migration to microsoft rewards. i had about 1750 my vip gems and reward points. can you look into this please

    Support will check into it, but keep in mind that gems only started on October 1. You would not have been awarded for anything done prior to that date.

    Hi aabird. Smwutches is correct. Since you have not made any eligible purchases from October 2017 onward, no Gems have been awarded.

    Was able to redeem gems with persistent tries but would still like to know about my redeemed my vip gems that don't say deposited.

    Gems just started on October 1 and you have to keep the gold for the 6 months during the offer period. So since the offer has not been available for 6 months yet, it is too early to receive those gems.

    Gems just started on October 1 so you would not have been awarded for anything done prior to that date. Since it is now the 6 month since the offer started, you should receive the gems in early April.
