My VIP gems useless after years of saving?

Are Xbox/Microsoft actually going to do anything to help the people who have spent years buying and using their products/services or just let them get a useless reward of a few Microsoft reward credits?

None of the 'rewards' have been in stock for months and this is really bad customer service. I've had an Xbox since the original and i feel disrespected to be honest.

ive spent well over 100 dollars on my account in the past 2 years but I only have 4 vip gems

didn't get deposited

didn't get deposited my pending rewards credits and vip gems after opt out, please fix that.

To be fair, you or others have not spent "years" saving those gems since the program that introduced them hasn't even been going on for one year. Other than that you have a point regarding the sparse and few restocks that have been done of late. They have
restocked it a couple of times in the past month or so, but only a few select digital Microsoft awards that were gone again within a day, most not even lasting a few hours in stock. Keep checking it daily, actually I recommend a couple of times a day, in case
there happens to be more restocks - I was lucky enough to snag 12 months of Live Gold a few weeks back while it was available for a VERY short time so don't give up hope just yet.

Same here... had over 7000 reward points after I traded in VIP Gems..

Was able to redeem gems with persistent tries but would still like to know about my redeemed my vip gems that don't say deposited.

It was a $10 gift card I bought with my vip gems.

Gems just started on October 1 and you have to keep the gold for the 6 months during the offer period. So since the offer has not been available for 6 months yet, it is too early to receive those gems.
