hi i redeemed 250 of my vip gems to get the hoonigan car pack for forza motorsport 7 on thursday and it said if you don't get a email with in 24hrs to contact support

my xbox reward points and my vip gems have ( according to the xbox support person ) been lost in the migration to microsoft rewards. i had about 1750 my vip gems and reward points. can you look into this please

xbox rewards anniversary

Hello !

i've just reached my xbox rewards anniversary since March 1st but i didn't see anything in my rewards panel to claim the VIP Gems i deserve for it. ( 300 VIP Gems apparently)

Can you help me for this problem please .

Have you checked the junk mail folder of the email you registered for your vault prizes? We have had reports of users getting their prize emails filtered there.
