is there anybody there there there there........

still waiting for 3 redeemed reward codes it ha been a month now

 

I redeemed another 100 points on GWENT 2 Card Kegs -100 MyVIP Gems

using my main Xbox email address and received the code & code worked

I used my Xbox alternate email address with the other three redeemed items

when can i expect some support to help with my problem it has been nearly three weeks since i first posted on this "support" forum

Update

I have received reward codes in the past to my alternate email address so the email isn't the problem

if the items are unavailable then please give me my 1200 MyVip Gems back so i can use them on something else

 

its now been 26 days since i posted this problem is there anybody going to give me some SUPPORT
