My VIP February Star ranking

I participated in the February gain an extra VIP star for spending $75 but my ranking did not go up. Along with that I did not get any of the percent back from those purchases.

MyVip ranking lowered

Just checked my vip ranking on xbox rewards seeing as a reset happend at the start of this year and noticed my vip had lowered from a 4 star to a 3 star ranking ( and is the second time this has happened with resets ).

My question is do I have to spend the amount required every year to maintain my current ranking? If I do thats a **** of a lot of cash each year to maintain it.

VIP star ranking

Your progress is listed on the MyRewards section of the site. Currently, there is not a way to see anything other than the percentage that is shown there.

Support will check on the rank, but keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so there are still a few days before the rebate will show as pending.

I forgot rebates are bimonthly. Also will support contact me through here or email and will they need supporting documents on when I made the purchases? Thanks.

They will contact you here. If they need any documentation they will ask for it but they can access your account so it generally is not needed.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay with our purchase information that began around the beginning of this month that caused purchases made on the last day of February to not be processed in time for the extra star calculations. We have now
addressed this issue, and can confirm seeing your promotion on our database. Once this information gets sent to the webpage, you should see your extra star appear. This process should happen in the next few days. Since your purchases went toward the MyVIP boost
offer, they did not award payback. Since this offer did not allow "double dipping" it did not award payback as well as offer progress.

Since that offer was available in February, Ghost Recons would have been a preorder at that time. Preorders do not count towards VIP and would not have been eligible for that offer.

I totally understand that. I've only mentioned this offer only because since then my star rank is not updating. It used to be spot on every time but since my star rank got updated on 7th of march nothing seems to count into my rank anymore and I'm sure £80
game should have some impact on it.
