My vip discount not applying

Vip discount does not apply to anything purchased through xbox one.

Forza Horizon 2: VIP Preorder discount

Hey guys!

I'm a Forza 5 VIP member, and got the VIP membership with the limited edition at retail launch.

For me, the VIP discount on the games preorder isn't showing.

I have a theory that this is because there are two editions of Forza 5 VIP membership - one for the people who got it in the limited edition, and one for people who bought it after. I reckon they're only applying to the discount to the product ID of
people who bought it after digitally.

Could someone look into this to let us order it for with the discount?!

Hi . Ihave got to level 3 VIP (6% discount on games). I previously should have had 4% VIP level 2. I was wondering where my discount is on the hundreds of games and DLC I have purchased over the years. My bank and Paypal statements show exact price
of purchase without discount. Please could you explain. Thank you. Christian.

 

The VIP % is a rebate, not a discount. So you'll pay full price in the store, then the program calculates your purchases after the end of the month and gives you a percentage back depending on how much you spent on eligible purchases that month.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. You can see all your VIP payback events, as well as any other Credit events, from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
