My View on Xbox Live! ( XBOX 360 )

The feedback is poor, XBL as a whole is even more poor with what I was told by the person on the Helpline. "You have to know the person's full name" was the answer I got from asking, "You listen to feedback but you don't listen to real issues. So why the
hell don't you listen to us older gamers, and start doing something about the abuse we get from other gamers!" And I'm not the only person who has spoke about this subject either, but still we get the same 'bs' from everyone who hates losing or has a problem
with someone taken over them when it comes to high scores. Also, this whole issue with updates and important notices. I hate when the connection goes then tell's you to check your own only to find that, XBOX is given you a update!

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

I suppose trying to crack down on every report of abuse from unfriendly players is a lot harder than it sounds, especially on legacy hardware like the Xbox 360. Nonetheless, I understand your frustration all too well; just keep reporting abusive players
in-game on their profile page.

As for connections going out, if it happens to you, it happens to everyone online at the same time. It's just the way the console and network architecture were built; you need the latest system update to play online.

 

Still think they need to update their whole way of given out notices and updates.
