My Videogames keep making random sounds

This is only my second time doing this, so please be patient with me if I selected the wrong category

Whenever I’m playing a videogame, it keeps making random sounds. First, it happened with Lego Star Wars: TCS. I kept hearing the stud-click sound, like the one you would hear when you open the pause menu and select something… Then it started happening with WATCH_DOGS (2014). It would make the sound from when I would hack an electronic item like a drawbridge or hack a pedestrian’s bank account. I also swear I think I remember it even happening on the Home Screen. I would be idling, messaging somebody on my cellphone or reading a how-to guide for a specific in-game activity. And out of nowhere, I would hear the ambient noise Xbox uses for when a player selects something like the “Go To Home” option or when they open another player’s profile. The sounds go with the corresponding game. Lego sounds for Lego games, WATCH_DOGS sounds for WATCH_DOGS, Minecraft sounds for Minecraft, and so on…

Even though I haven’t been playing Minecraft recently but that might change and I’ll be hearing those sounds too

I’m on Xbox One S, I’ve had the same console since maybe 2015. I left the disc in there and moved the console a few times because I forgot the disc was inside. I also occassionally get on Xbox 360 and of course, 360 is prone to glitches, connection issues and viruses. I suspect my 360 had a virus at some point because despite my best efforts, I couldn’t sign in no matter what. Could it be that these sounds are caused by that virus? Please help me, because this is really freaking getting on my nerves

The Xbox One weird sounds, what exactly this sounds looks like?

It could be a hardware issue, it happens with more games apart from watch dogs and Minecraft?

You could try this procedure below, but, if it keeps happening, might be an issue on the console's hardware, in that case, you would have two options. The first one is to open a service order with Microsoft for your console, but since your console might be out of warranty, Microsoft charges $199 for the repair of the Xbox One S or you could take your console to a repair store in your city to be analysed.

First clean the cache of your console that way:

1. With the console turned on, hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until you hear a small sound.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Turn it back on.

Note: It may take a while for him to call, don't worry, it's normal.

Then, restore your console keeping the games and apps:

***IMPORTANT*** If you share accounts with someone, you will have to redo the process of placing the account as the main one again, be aware of the chances you still have to do this, as Microsoft makes available per year, only 5 chances so you can make some account your console's main account.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the dashboard.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console Information >

Her voice is fine/distinctive, but Jennifer Hale is too over-exposed in videogames, like Nolan "Nathan Drake" North.

Between just the two of them, they're in pretty much every videogame...

Try this hard reset method. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it
is back up and operational test for results.

No, they keeps sending me broken xboxes, I keep sending them back. Various issues. Probably every issue that ever was, with these things. Cd rom noise, unreadable disks, no sound (or sound using the front buttons) Random snow, kicks back to the dashboard.
You name it, every xbox I have had, had issues. Im not holding my breath on this new one either.
