My video apps like Amazon Prime, Netflix and Youtube are not starting. Games do work..

Hi all,

since 3 days some apps on my Xbox One are not starting anymore. I get the following error:

Try again in a while

Apologies, our service isn't working properly at the moment. To check Xbox Live service status, go to..

It's weird, because my other apps are working (Games, Oneguide)

What I've tried already:

Checking the Xbox live service status -- All services are running

Rebooting the console

Re-installing the apps

Changed the IPv4 Address

Rebooted my ISP-modem

Does any1 have a suggestion on what to do?

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

Thanks for your update, we're glad to see this issue is resolved. Alternatively to clearing the console's Alternate MAC address, you can simply restart the console by visiting Settings>Power & Startup>Turn off or restart>Restart; this will have the same
effect with less steps to be taken.
