    Hello ! i have roblox and use PC . I used to launch roblox games with the website using chrome or sometime firefox and my VC worked perfectly fine there , but just 2 days ago while trying to launch into a game , it asked me to download the roblox app from the microsoft store (never asked me this before) . If i try to launch a game on the website , my loading screen while trying to get in a game is a blank white screen , but i can still hear other VC players and general sound . When i load into a game from the roblox app that i HAD to download from microsoft , it allows me to do everything except use my VC (the icon for vc doesn’t even show up) i also can’t tell if other players have VC or not. from the roblox app , i have double checked and confirmed that my age is verified and i have vc enabled on my settings but still doesn’t work on actual gameplay . maybe roblox hasn’t inputted bc into the microsoft app or something ?? However , my vc still works on mobile , but i prefer to have it working on my PC </3. I have restarted my computer , updated recent versions of roblox , re-verified my age on roblox settings , checked if my mic was working in general , and i have had no solutions. if anyone has had the same issue or if you have a solution , please let me know !! :’(

    So I had the same problem right until I found out that everyone with the same problem had downloaded it of the microsoft store. Then I asked my boyfriend where he downloaded his from (since he didn't have the same problem), and he said of the internet, basically of the roblox page. So I uninstalled the roblox from microsoft and installed the original and I haven't been having the problem since. Hope this helped anything ;)

    Old direct X AMD video drivers that only support DirectX 11 work with GAME PASS games but all drivers that support DirectX 12 do not. Why?

    I was able to get Roblox working by uninstalling it and DLing it directly from the Roblox site. It's ONLY a GamePass/windows store issue. Roblox was installed through Game Pass when I had the problem. This is NOT an AMD driver issue.

    download roblox from the microsoft store, log in and then it should transfer to your roblox account then you can log back into your normal roblox app or site.
