I just wanna say im sorry to hear that. Usually if the code hasnt worked its either already been used or the retailer didnt activate it. If you haven't contacted the retailer i would suggest giving them a try and epic games could have a issue on their
side as well. Hope this all gets settled for ya.

If you redeemed from the Microsoft/Xbox store did you receive confirmation on screen that the transaction went through?

Have you logged into Fortnite via your Xbox?

Where did you purchase this card from? If it's from a legit retailer, then it should work, and you can contact the Developer to help. But if you got it from a friend, Ebay, somewhere online etc, then it's possible that the code was already used or the
card is not authentic.

yes but my xbox account was linked and i purchased all y vbucks through microsoft and that should be proof that this is my account
