    It's only in German and the text is also
    German but they speak English and I do not want to.
    I want it to be in English even the text as well.
    Do you think you can fix it for me or I will need money back

    Hey mate, the storm could have very well damaged the ethernet port on your console. Please give another port on the router a try; if that doesn't do it, the port will need to be repaired.

    Absolutely send it in for repair by Microsoft. 3rd Party repairs can get you banned. No do not attempt to alter anything what so ever. It is tampering regardless of your intentions. Sorry man.

    If you returned the faulty console to the retailer and purchased a new one, I fail to see what the issue is. If anything it sounds like you are going to be getting a new kinect sensor for free, unless the new console you bought
    already has one, but even still now you'll have a spare.
