    is my gamer tag my name is Chris and I looked on my Xbox rewards and it said that they would give me another chance cause I was so close to v.i.p last year and that if I spent $50 that they would give me the VIP star rank.

    Rewards Issue with account

    Hello, It seems that my accounts V.I.P status has randomly been reset back at rank 1. I haven't been getting anything back for purchases for months and i'm guessing this is why. Any answers why or how to fix this error is appreciated.
