My update for a game is stuck on 10% why!

Can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

WHY do you care how big the update is?

Because not everyone has unlimited internet. Even here in the UK many people are stuck with download limits of 10 or 20gb. Fine for gaming and browsing but not so good when you have massive game updates.

I install my games offline cause i have the same problem with it getting stuck at 0% whilst online, but if i want to play multiplayer i have to update the game, but it always gets stuck at 96-98%. The percentage went up from 96 to 97 percent within 10 min
while updating ghosts but got stuck at 97% after that. I really hope the case is that the percent it gets stuck at is it actually downloading the update, next I'm going to try to leave it for an hour or two to see if it ever even goes up in percent by at least
1....... Microsoft better fix this soon!

There is an option for people with stuck downloads for games to hold the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds and restart the console and see if the update will complete after that.
