My unfair banned account

A few months ago i was perm banned for marketplace theft but before i was banned i noticed i had game i didn't purchase and devices i never used and cards i don't own so after talking to xbox support i was able to remove my account off all the devices and
remove the cards but after awhile i seen the same problem again and after repeating the process i change my password and signed up for all the security measures i told the person that i was talking to on xbox support about it they said they well look in to
it and after a few weeks i was banned i went back to support they gave me a website that they said was to insure lift my ban the site was the enforcement team and after only two response that were exactly the same the decision was upheld so instead of trying
to stop the hacker they just banned me after years with xbox and spending thousands of dollars just to banned for for something i couldn't stop so now i have to pay the price because they didn't feel like working.

Why was my accounts get banned CODxMADDENxKING and C0DxMADDENxKING its unfair i got fifa 14 ultimate team and there is any way i can get un banned please

My account was banned without any reason

Hello, first i'm french so my english isn't perfect. Yesterday my account was banned from the xbox live for "unfair action" but i don't understand this ban. I never made a bad or unfair action. In other side, when the ban started, i was in a game with my
friends so i could not be "unfair" with others.

If the enforcement team upheld the ban on your account there is nothing further you can do. Their decision is final. Support has no contact with enforcement.

It's unfair because nobody did nothing with my account you can see the messages, It's just unfair Man

Imagine working, came home to play fifa and you get this.

You can directly message, or contact Microsoft to see if they can remove your ban, but if it is a serious ban than I dont know if it can be removed easily.
