    My Unfair ban


    My account DylanI95I was permanently banned for harrassment even though i hadnt messaged a single player since my 1st ban and my account had been spam reported by a group of players who also breached the security of microsoft and found out my family address
    and IP Address i called xbox and they said it was a DDoS attack and i recorded the attack yet xbox law enforcement ban me for nothing but they are allowed to threaten familys and hack xbox security so i would like my account unbanned which i have spent over
    £600 on please help

    My account was banned without any reason

    Hello, first i'm french so my english isn't perfect. Yesterday my account was banned from the xbox live for "unfair action" but i don't understand this ban. I never made a bad or unfair action. In other side, when the ban started, i was in a game with my
    friends so i could not be "unfair" with others.

    well i hope they can help me because my console was banned unfairly and have read the rules of xbox live and i have never violated any of this rules and i have never changed my consolen i buy only original games and had just bought my live account and i

    I did submit a case review law enforcement ain't bothered they wouldn't even let me tell the whole story even though I have video evidence of the group troll reporting my account so I need help from elsewhere

    You can directly message, or contact Microsoft to see if they can remove your ban, but if it is a serious ban than I dont know if it can be removed easily.

    you can let your case be reviewes by xbox enforcement. According to your post you replied in a qay that is against the community standards and the ban is justified. Don´t get me wrong, i understand your situation, but going on the same level of conversation
    as your "friend" never is an option.

    Just remember next time to reply in a normal way or just block the person to avoid further bans.

    Like Hublot King said, you can file and appeal; but it's better to not do nothing as I've heard from my fellow friends who have gotten banned for no reason.
