    Hey Truly Gears,

    As mentioned before, we're definitely working on this. Are you able to try downloading the game on an Xbox 360 console at this point? Lastly, please power cycle your Xbox One console by holding the power button for 10 seconds, power back up, and check Red
    Dead Remption's 'Ready to install' list (by navigating to the game's 'Manage game' page) one more time.

    We just want to make sure we have all the details to pass back to the team working on this. Thanks for hanging in there!

    360 is fine. the console im worried about is xbox one.

    ive powerd cycled and nothing happend.

    This is absurd to me it looks like the Collection was delisted due to the other DLC being made free. But people like us who paid for it can't get Undead Nightmare anymore, this is just as stupid and poorly thought out as some of the Rock Band DLC packs not
    being imported to RB4.

    Hey, everyone! I have the most wonderful news that the DLC is now showing up in Manage Game for Red Dead Redemption! Check it out on your console (you must have the base game installed), download it, and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks to everyone for the helpful information, and your continued patience while we worked on getting this working for you all. My Undead Nightmare Collection Dlc is gone. :)

    If the DLC is linked to your account via the pass you purchased then uninstalling and reinstalling should not be an issue.

    The undead nightmare pack is diffrent then the undead nightmare collection. the undead nightmare collection comes with three dlc pack build into one pack. i cant redownload the pack i bought.

    Edit to the above. I don't think the " Undead Nightmare Collection" is a stand alone game. Its just a DLC combo pack.. that is now gone. A long time ago, you could buy it for a discount on the DLC. It included the Undead collection, along with some of
    the other major DLC. I don't think it was a standalone game. The collection purchase no longer exists, and you cannot download it in the store. Not even on a 360 console. I went back 6 years to the proof of purchase in account history/ download history,
    but clicking on it brings up a page 404 error/does not exist error. Which means Microsoft removed it. No different than them removing DRM purchases you own. In fact, its not even listed in the store on the 360 anymore. The individual packs are there, but
    its saying I don't own them, because I bought the dlc combination pack. marketplace.xbox.com/.../Undead-Nightmare-Collection
