My Undead Nightmare Collection Dlc is gone.

I bought they undead nightmare collection years ago. I uninstalled the DLC and now i cant reinstall my dlc. I looked on xbox.com the to my games and to xbox 360 and its there but i cant even go to the page. Ive called to xbox support (18004MYXBOX). They
told me they couldnt fix this. This needs to be fixed. yall took my money and i dont have my dlc.

i didnt buy it as the undead nightmare dlc, i bought it as the undead nightmare collection, as if it was a game onm demand of the retail disc

Edit to the above. I don't think the " Undead Nightmare Collection" is a stand alone game. Its just a DLC combo pack.. that is now gone. A long time ago, you could buy it for a discount on the DLC. It included the Undead collection, along with some of
the other major DLC. I don't think it was a standalone game. The collection purchase no longer exists, and you cannot download it in the store. Not even on a 360 console. I went back 6 years to the proof of purchase in account history/ download history,
but clicking on it brings up a page 404 error/does not exist error. Which means Microsoft removed it. No different than them removing DRM purchases you own. In fact, its not even listed in the store on the 360 anymore. The individual packs are there, but
its saying I don't own them, because I bought the dlc combination pack. marketplace.xbox.com/.../Undead-Nightmare-Collection

 

Sorry to hear it. If you purchased the content on the account you're posting with then it should be in your download history. Please click the link below to access your history to find the DLC and start downloading it.

Look buddy you dont know what youre talking about. On xbox one its gone. I cant reinstall it. Its not showing up in my ready to install in the manage game area for red dead. its gone

If yours is not listed there then it has been removed from the service and there is no way to download it.

If it is listed but you must purchase it again then you may have originally purchased it on a different account. You'll either need to redownload it with that account or purchase it again.

 

That is incorrect, onyxishere. The DLC in question is the "Undead Nightmare Collection" which had said DLC and 2 others in it. Xbox has since removed this collection and has moved the DLC's into separate parts.

Now, because myself and several other people based on the forum posts including this one bought the collection which is now disbanded, with the official page saying it is not available (

www.microsoft.com/.../bsbn7qk7v7qw ) and the download link itself in Download History now showing "Content Removed", Microsoft is expecting customers who already own that licence to pay for it again, which is unacceptable.

 

I just dug through a decades worth of download history (believe me, not an easy task) and I can still download the Undead Nightmare collection on the 360, which means I and all others who own that collection own Undead Nightmare, yet we are being charged
twice for it. Any help would be appreciated beyond "purchase it again".

 

Demon youre so right man. Im trying to get microsoft/xbox to see this so something cant be done. I own the rights to the Undead Nightmare Collection and on 360 i cant use the bundle, but on xbox one its not showing up to download. Before the update came
out it was on my xbox one, but now its gone.

The undead nightmare pack is diffrent then the undead nightmare collection. the undead nightmare collection comes with three dlc pack build into one pack. i cant redownload the pack i bought.

 

Yes, you are prompted to purchase the Undead Nightmare Pack if you previously purchased the Undead Nightmare collection.

Could you guys go ahead and try downloading these items again on your Xbox 360 console? Additionally, head over to Red Dead Redemption's 'Manage game' screen on your Xbox One dashboard by highlighting the game's tile and pressing Menu on your Xbox
One controller if you're looking to install this on your Xbox One console for backward compatibility. Let us know what the results are!
