    My Ultimate Word Games wont connect.


    All my games connect except the Ultimate Word games.

    I have had perfect scores on the daily challenges for two months and now I cant keep this up.

    So disappointed as all the other sections connect so easily :-(

    Microsoft Games Issue

    Solitaire Collection wont even start: error: problem loading game data 101_107

    Ultimate Word Games, can't do daily challenges, error: problem loading daily challenge data

    Minesweeper, same as word games but gives error code 002000

    Tried restarting my computer, everything is up to date, tried live support, go no where. Any ideas?

    Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

    HI, I have played Microsoft Ultimate Word GAMES for over a month using my XBOx in PC Windows 10. Since March 1st game wont connect to xbox and cant save my progress. I have uninstalled/installed several times and the issue continues.

    Have asked for help at xbox team and xbox ambassadors with no luck. I also play SOLITAIRE COLLECTION with no problems there. Any ideas or suggestions? thank you all!!

    Wordament for Android can't sync with the cloud

    I also have the same problem. My connection is not the issue. The Windows app (Microsoft Ultimate Word Games) on the same network syncs normally.

    My favorite word game on xbox is Letter Quest. But if you are on computer try Microsoft ultimate word games.
