    Received two suspensions

    Received two suspensions for no reason! When i went to sign in to my account yesterday i got the notification and got instantly signed out then i go to sign into my Xbox live account to play offline to find out it was permanently removed from my Xbox now
    i cant even play games offline while my suspensions occurs. I am very disappointed considering i received the suspensions for no reason! I just wanted to enjoy my last couple of days of gold on xbox with the homies and you do this to me :'(

    Received two suspensions

    An account suspension completely blocks the affected account from being able to sign in to the Xbox Live service for the duration of the suspension. Account suspensions are issued for a specified duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days, though egregious or repeated
    violations can result in a permanent suspension.

    Account suspensions may be imposed for a variety Microsoft Code of Conduct violations. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Offensive or inappropriate Xbox Live profile content
    • Inappropriate in-game behavior or cheating
    • Attempts to manipulate the Xbox Live service through network interference, feedback abuse, complaint abuse, or other system tampering
    • Harassment of other Xbox Live users or impersonation of Microsoft staff or partners
    • Attempts to exploit the Xbox Live Marketplace or Xbox Support for financial gain
    • Account theft, phishing, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or other player

    You can go
    HERE     and have your case reviewed to have the suspension lifted.

    However all cases are looked into before the suspension or ban is applied to your account.

    Just to clarify,a case review will get your suspension investigated again,it does not mean the suspension will be lifted.

    I know what they require im just saying they deleted my account of my xbox so i cant even play offline anymore
