My TV randomly shuts off while playing certain games in my Xbox Series S

Ever since I’ve had my Xbox series s I have been having this problem. The console itself is working great, but after a while of playing certain games, the actual tv shuts off. I grab my tv controller and turn it on, only to get another 2 minutes of gameplay before my screen shuts off again. I haven’t been able to find a solution for this problem. I see other people having problems with their consoles shutting off, but my console is great. It’s my tv and maybe the settings that aren’t allowing it to work properly. My tv is a Hisense 4K. I never had problems with it, it’s only about 3 years old. And it only happens when playing certain games. Any help would be great!

P.S. it’s happening with a game called “rain on your parade” on game pass currently. It has happened to me previously with AC Valhalla (which I never even got to play because it was annoying to keep playing in two minute spurts)

If this issue persists with you Tv i would contact you Tv manufacturer and they should be able to assist you more with this issue they may need to repair it or maby replace the whole Tv.

All games i play randomly shut off for 1 or 2 seconds but only games . I could watch Netflix or anything else and nothing wrong but as soon as I start playing it randomly shuts off and come back. Don't know what to do I've changed 3 tvs thinking that it was the Yves but it can't be that all TV's do this so I'm now sure that it's the Xbox. The problem is that it could be the HDMI cable or the system is protecting itself. The TV's where Hisense u8g then the tcl 6 series so i went with a better brand and got the Sony x90j and after a month it's doing the same as all the others.

Yup, I play on an old TV with only 720p capabilities, and my console still shuts off randomly. Factory reset done and everything, didn't fix anything. Not just on COD either, every game I play, the console shuts off. Would love to know a workaround.

I have a series x connected to a Philips Amerlight 65pus8535 I get 5he silver metallic screen playing x/s dedicated games and it also appears while using Disney plus app from my tv apps! Is this a problem with my tv or is it a Dolby vision problem, I have turned off the dolby for gaming and this worked but in the detail list on my Xbox series x it says that the dolby vision may experience distortion?

I have the star wars xbox also! for some reason he will randomly turn on for awhile then shut off. I have cleaned it and done what everyone said but it is still doing it! It does not shut off randomly while I am playing, it only turns on randomly late at
night! sometime it does it a few times other nights maybe once and sometimes not at all. what the heck is going with my xbox?
