My triggers are automatically activated

Hello. I was playing Grand Theft Auto Online the last day, and as I was playing a heist I noticed that when I got into my car it started doing burnouts I got out got back in same problem. I restarted my xbox and nothing helped. I downloaded an app from the
store called 'game controller tester'. I went into it and saw that both of the triggers are up to 100%. I got really confused. Is that a bug or a problem with my controller. I dont have this problem with my steering wheel.

Controller triggers are always activated

At first my right trigger didn't stay pressed for long but thatt was ok since i almost always only play FPS games, then a week ago the two trigger started acting out, they are always activated while i actually press them or not. Any tips on how to fix my
controller?

Is he using an elite controller?

If so, please check if the hair triggers aren't activated.

Hey there!

That sounds like your controller isn't operating as intended. Do you have another controller you can test to see what happens? If that second controller works as intended then that would seem to indicate that your other controller is faulty and needs to
be replaced.

I prefer to use the Hammerburst or the Retro... the regular lancer is effective and easy to use but I find I can down an opponent faster with the other two. The rate of fire for the lancer is better if all I did was hold the trigger down but I'm much, much
faster with my finger, pulling the trigger myself than any automatic fire in this game. A fast trigger finger combined with an active reload in that Hammerburst and I feel like I'm firing a handheld Troika. It really is THAT devastating. As for the Retro
Lancer... one active reload and a burst to the knees should be all the convincing you need.

I had one for a while and had no idea what to do with it. On your D-pad where you select Left or Right weapon, hit the top center to activate your bot, left trigger to turn it on and scan, and follow its cues. When you arrive at a target area, it beeps and
shows concentric circles on the screen. Hit the right trigger to place it on the ground. It does the rest automatically.

Been having an issue with right trigger activating without pressing the trigger down....I ended opening the controller and there was a screw missing from its fitting and was found stuck to the magnet on the board where the trigger makes contact, causing
the control to make a faulty reading hence activating the triggers command line....sorted
