    My total points was back leveled on 5-28-17!


    What happened? When I finished on 5-28, it said that I had 4500 points. At the time (maybe 7:30 p.m. PDT, it said that I was 18th from the top. When I checked on 5-29, my points was down to 4000. What went wrong?

    In the past that was never the case. Looking back at my history, I spent a lot of cash last Feb, yet my deposit was showing for pending at the end of that month and I got my credit on 3/8. I'd like to try and work myself back up to the 5 star VIP level (August
    should have pushed me to 4)I was at one point, and this doesn't exactly motivate me to try if it no longer gives me credit on purchases......

    Games On Demand Punchcard not updating

    Hi guys, I pre-ordered For Honor on 28/01/17, Ghost Recon Wildlands on 28/02/17 and Mass Effect Andromeda on 28/02/17 but my Games On Demand Pre-Order punchcard is only showing that I've only completed 1 out of the 3, can you look into this for me? Thanks.
