My total Gamerscore isn't showing the correct amount

I hope that someone will be able to help with this.

My total Gamerscore is currently showing an incorrect amount.

There's been a problem since yesterday evening when I unlocked a few achievements. All those achievements unlocked properly - they're all showing in my list games as they should. The monthly running total of achievements shown on the Gamerscore Leaderboard
is also correct. But the my total gamerscore is not correct. If you add together the G earned in all my games it comes to more than the total. The total is currently showing 87,250 and it should be 87,265.

Yes, it's only 15 G - but it's annoying, and it might be indicative of some wider problem if it's not resolved.

I'm sure the fault isn't mine. I keep a running record of all my gamerscore in a spreadsheet, and that spreadsheet and the Gamerscore total on screen were showing the same amount right up until I unlocked the last achievements on The Raven Remastered yesterday.
The last five achievements in that game trigger at the same time, and once they did the Gamerscore became off by 15 G, even though all the achievements have unlocked correctly.

I've unlocked other achievements since then, and they've unlocked properly and also been added to the total. So I continue to be adrift by just 15 G.

I've checked my profile on two Xbox Ones, an Xbox 360, the Microsoft website and the Xbox app for PC and they're all showing the same thing. So I don't think this is something that can be solved by deleting and re-downloading my profile on one device (although
I haven't tried that).

I did try playing the end of The Raven Remastered again to see if that made any difference. But it hasn't.

I have had this happen a couple of times. From experience it will sort it self out in a few days, or unlocking another achievement some times sorts the issue out.

Have you heard of this problem before then im scared to play anymore games just in case it keeps giving me more gamerscore total than what ive actually got? Like i have heard of gamerscore being below the correct score but mine is opposite the total amount
is more than it should be like will the 1,460 update to show the correct 1,450 on my overall score

This sounds like my issue.

Some achievements on the XBox One are just not adding to my total gamerscore. It's rather strange, since some achievements do add to my total gamerscore, and it shows that I have all the correct achievements in the individual games.

My total GS is 75 points less than what it should be at the moment.

Is your question at all related to the top post (gamerscore being reset to zero) or is it just a general inquiry about what gamerscore is?

If the latter, it's just a number showing your progress in different games, with a combined total for all of them. You can't "do" anything with it.

Earning achievements in games will grant you varying amounts of gamerscore and this will be added to your total.

Yes. They know about the problem and if you check your Achievement progress on the console it shows the correct amount of gamerscore. It'll go back to what you have there.
