    My Titanfall controller thinks I am pressing UP on the left analog stick when I am not. I tried to go to the Xbox register accessory, but it says I have an invalid serial number. I know it is not invalid because it is under the barcode that is under the
    battery door. How should I go about this? Should I just call the folks on the phone?

  2. Day One controller thumsticks drifting

    My Titanfall controller left thumb stick is doing it also. Constantly drifting up after I push up. My standard controller that came with my system seems fine. Curious if it's something fixable or deos it need to be replaced. Been over 90 days for the warranty.

    Left analog stick now drifts.

    that happened to me on my day one controller when titanfall was released. it seemed to start drifting right after the controller update. Microsoft replaced it for me but it took like 6 weeks.

    Ismael: The controller is also out of warranty it will charge you if we send it for repair and we cant replace with same type of controller it will become the standard controller.

    Robert: So if I send this controller in for repair and you charge me for the controller will I get my same Titanfall Controller back?

    Ismael: Yes that is correct.

    Ismael: The best solution is to get a new one form the store instead.

    My Titanfall Controller needs to be replaced!

    Wow I'm having the same problem with one of my controllers the left stick is centered yet moving up, So I thought that going out to buy another one would work. WRONG on my NEW controller now the right stick moves up when centered. Currently using LAST gen
    (xbox 360)controller to play games through streaming.

    It'd be nice if you told us how to fix this Xbox team.

  9. That's too bad bloodboy777. Awesome gamertag name by the way. After my horrible experience in the chat with Ishmael I called the Xbox phone number which I got from searching on Google and talked to a nice guy, but he pretty much told me the same thing.
    If I sent it in they would only be able to send a black one back. However, since my controller is out of warranty I am SOL! So what I have learned from this whole experience is never buy a limited edition controller again. I will always just buy the black
    regular controllers. That way they can send me a replacement that way.
