    My timestamps messed up 76 days ago and still no one from support could've helped me


    So 76 days ago my timestamps messed up and so far no Microsoft employee has taken any action to solve my issue.

    Like they recommended, i posted on the board to see several other members from the community complain as well on how support directs you here:

    Incorrect timestamps

    That post has been closed while my issue remains, even though i followed every (silly) step support employees made me. Especially Michelle has been keeping me on the leech for way too long, while Nathalie R. still has no idea what my issue nor my e-mail
    is.

    So.. when will someone from Microsoft finally guide me to salvation?

    My gamescore timestamps are messed up on backwards compatible games and after a region migration. Am I at risk of a reset or ban?

    Same, except mine reset all challenges 3 days ago but kept all other stats, card level messed up, after update yesterday, gone from card level 29 to level 1. Contacted support 3 days ago, was referred to higher support team which I was supposed to have
    heard from within 72 hours, I haven't heard anything at all. VERY disappointing !!!!

    Hey there, the only thing to do is contact Xbox Support, and tell them in detail the whole issue.

    I have told my whole story multiple times to multiple support employees, but i keep getting the same answers. 'We cannot help you, but we've forwarded it to our system engineers. In the meantime, try the xbox forums, Reddit and this silly survey.'

    So that is why i am here yet again, telling my whole story yet again, still without any perspective it will be fixed for me.

    How is it belittling to suggest that maybe it is something to think about? As I said earlier, it's an observation. Hence my questions ... what do you do if it can't be fixed, for whatever known or unknown reason?
    If it cannot be fixed (which would be weird as the servers were also able to change the timestamps the other way around) i'd do what i've been doing the past 101 days. Breath, eat, sleep, work, party and try to get it solved whenever i feel like it.

    Also, please stop responding if you do not have anything helpful to say. Don't try to change my mindset, try changing my timestamp instead as that would be helpful to me.

    u kno I was told to put it in the Xbox Hub app as a report.

    Like support mentioned to make the report through there and they even emailed me the website that say how 2 do it. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/xbox-insider-hub-report-a-problem

    Thanks for your reply. I have tried this as well and i'm going to add it to the list of things that do absolutely nothing to resolve my issue.

    Don't get to much faith, it seems that support is just giving you false hope to get their 5 star reviews and make you temporary feel happy.
