My "Thanks for Sharing" Microsoft Rewards email doesn't work.

A while ago I submitted a "Story" for Microsoft Rewards for Microsoft Rewards credits, but the email they sent me doesn't add the 500 points to my account. Since this a forum I don't want to post my rewards link from the email, but I tried it in several
different browsers.

I contacted the Bing Rewards support, but they said this forum is where I need to post to get this issue resolved, which seems odd...

thank you for replying I did make my xbox my home still doesn't work and I have sharing gold and still isn't sharing to my other xb1

 

Xbox rewards says im an overlord

I was checking my email and Xbox Rewards says I'm an overlord and for having 100k Gamerscore they are sending me 5000 Microsoft points to spend, that's pretty awesome of them.Does anyone else use the Rewards site?

 

Microsoft rewards is separate from Xbox Live Rewards. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards and therefore the staff here are unable to assist you. You will want to reach out to Microsoft rewards. You can contact them on the redemption page, near the bottom
of the page.

 

I was told to go here by Microsoft Rewards.

 

Well, the staff will respond in 1-2 days, however I have not ever seen them be able to assist with a Microsoft Rewards Issue as they are entirely separate programs and do not communicate with each other.

As Murphs says, we cannot assist you with this issue. As you seem to suspect with your sense that something was odd, since this is not a Xbox Live Rewards issue, or offer, we cannot assist with your problem. It is possible that support was confused and believed
you were talking about our Rewards program. However, we have never had a offer that required submitting stories, nor do we send emails for Credit redemption.
