With your latest update. We would like to suggest the following steps. Games Services Update.

Solution 1: https://support.xbox.com/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/format-flash-drive-to-ntfs-windows



Solution 2: Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox app

1. Open Settings.

2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.

3. Look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it on the right side.

4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it

5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to the default setting.



Solution 3: Try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device:

1. Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin)
   
2. In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:
   
3. Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
   
4. Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC and try again.
   

Solution 4: Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode; this error could also be attributed to issues with the Microsoft store not recognizing your entitlement to the game. Then scroll down and click on the drop-down arrow and look at the steps for How to enable offline play on your device

My graphics card i NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (chip type)

Integrated RAMDAC(DAC type)

Bios Information: Version 94.4.38.80.3d

Total available Graphics Memory : 16337 MB

Dedicated Video Memory: 8l92 MB

System Video Memory: 0 MB

Shared System Memory: 8l45 MB

When I click on properties of the card info, Events, View all events, there is a long list of warnings and errors. 194 events. This is under Custom Views, Administrative Events. Should I check with the Nvidia support?

I also had someone from Microsoft attempt to remote yesterday and it kept knocking him off. Case #:XXXXXXXXXX

He gave me the instructions to reinstall Windows and I did. The problem is still happening.
