    My Tenureship


    Hello, my Xbox tenure or tenureship has used to be 7 years on my profile (the number inside the circle on a profile) and then it was set down to 4 then it went to 0, I am a Xbox loyal customer and I should have 8 or 9 years of serve on my profile since I
    started in 12/30/08. I don't know why this keeps happening, and if this doesn't work I going to have to complain.

    This is what they told me ''I see the issue now. The system detects your tenureship on a continuous basis. Meaning, if your subscription got cut off for 24 hours, the tenureship count will start from there. If you are after tenureship, it is important that
    your subscription does not get cut off more than 24 hours for the count to be continuous.'' How i am supposed to know that?

    Tenureship gone, need moderator help

    My Xbox Live tried to renew itself in June on a cancelled credit card, I wasn't playing at all so didn't notice. In September I upgraded from the 360 to the Xbox One and started a new Gold subscription. My tenureship has disappeared. All of my friends still
    haves theirs.

    I suspect it may be because instead of renewing my previous subscription, I started a new one altogether. But then again I don't know how the tenureship works completely... regardless I had a lotta years on there and it's semi-important to me I get that
    little tenureship badge back! Can anybody help with that?

    I spoke with customer support via live chat and they told me to come here with this reference number for a report they submitted: 1262477172

    Actually, as far as I know. The tenureship of the account sometimes goes back to 0 if the account has not subscribed to gold for awhile. But once you get back to gold, it will reappear again. With the requirements given, you should be eligible to get one
    of those tags but you need to be gold right now as that's one of the requirements(active gold).

    Hey there ScaryyJ.

    So long as you've subscribed to Xbox Live in the past your tenure would remain. It appears that you do not currently have an Xbox Live Gold subscription which would explain why you were having trouble obtaining one of the released Gamertags.

    If you were using a trial subscription I'm afraid that would not be counted towards a full subscription. If you re-subscribe to Xbox Live for another year your tenure should begin to show correctly, although it may take a bit of time.

    thats very unfortunate. i had the same problem so i called in. Thats probably what you shouldve done. I also chatted with them. Contacted them 2 different ways to insure i dont miss out. Sorry to hear that though, not your fault at all.
