    I joined xbox live I think on March 19, 2011 and I dont know if thats the exact date but I know I joined March 2011 but my tenure is stuck on 3 and it was supposed to go up to a 4. I know I have not been a gold member from then all the way till now but most
    of the time I have. I just want to know wassup on this problem. Am I behind because I was silver for a little bit and if so, How far am I behind ? What is supposed to be the actual date I go up to 4 ?

    tenure problems

    my tenure problems are with my ambassador profile, not my gold tenure, my tenure still reads 0

    So long as you've had a full year of Gold membership the tenure will move up on the date that you created the gamertag. It may set things back a bit if you've reverted to Silver but will not reset the tenure.

    No one would be able to say that. You could check with @xboxsupport on Twitter to see if they can give you a more definite answer.

    some days ago my tenure reached 1. and you say tenure is for time my account being gold. but my gold time didnt pass 1year. how is this going?

    i think the tenure system have some bugs.

    first my tenure was 3 then reaches zero then 1.???????

    Tenure not updating.

    Tenure has been wonky as heck as of late. Mine disappeared completely a month ago and still has not refreshed. Twitter support told me tenure counter is updated once a month (it is probably even longer than this considering my tenure still hasn't reappeared
    a month later). My guess is that when the counter updates itself, it will appear at 10. Hopefully my tenure will return at that time. I've had 2 accounts and tenure disappeared on both. I've noticed a few friends whose tenures have also disappeared. I wish
    the tenure system was better.

    Xbox Live Tenure

    I did the troubleshooting steps in the sticky, and my tenure is still incorrect.

    I'm not sure how to check tenure on Xbox.com, but on my Xbox my tenure has showed 3 for at least 1.5 years that changed this year, and instead of going up my tenure went down.

    I did clear my cache, delete my profile, etc. Still no luck.
