I have the dates of my gold memberships here. Im hoping someone can tell me how to get my tenure showing. Here are my xbox live gold renewals that i got directly from microsoft. Thanks

Hey Browny, sorry to hear about your tenure! What updates are you referring to specifically? What number are you seeing instead of three? And is your profile located on any other console currently?

I've had this account for nearly 3 years and after the recent updates the number on my profile has disappeared. Where has it gone?

 

Sorry to hear it. It may have disappeared but is not gone. This is a known issue that others are experiencing as well. It is being looked into. In the meantime the membership should show up on the anniversary of the account.
